Parcel not delivered

I posted a parcel to Antwerp with tracking on 12/10/20.The parcel is in the depot & can't be delivered as it has been cancelled.Does anyone know what this means .Hope someone can help.

When you say 'in the depot', what depot do you mean...?  Is it still in this country, or is it in Belgium...?

Cancelled by who? is the obvious question.  If I were you, I would contact the carrier you used and ask.  No-one here can possibly know.
