Packlink have destroyed one of my parcels but cannot provide any proof, and have more or less said tough.

i have been down the appropriate channels with both Packlink and Ebay, but neither is interested or helpful and i find their arragance truly incredible.

the only option left to me is to report them both to the police for theft or fraud?

does anymore have any suggestions before i do this?

Packlink delivers nothing but no one bothers to read the T & C and the long list of what they pay no compensation for.

They usually pass on to Hermes who have a very poor record for delivery, but people still use them because they are cheap. Cheap but no compensation means VERY expensive.

Packlink wouldn't have destroyed anything as they do not handle items...nor do eBay for that matter...

more details would be a help...

was it the print? Did you send with the correct service for compensation? We can't give advice on the little info you have given....

If it was the print, very few carriers compensate for glass,

packlink is useless on what they cover.
