I don't buy my postage on Ebay, but this seems to about the norm. And it will probably take a lot longer in many cases now, due to the mega increase in online shopping.
It would of course be a lot quicker if you'd bought your postage direct from your chosen carrier. When you buy from a postage broker (which is what Packlink is) thus adding a third party into the mix, claims will always take much longer to examine and resolve, as the broker has to lodge their claim with the carrier upon receipt of your claim, and wait for the result.
