Opening hours to call

Hi all

I cannot sell items on ebay and unsure why. I have sold lots of items recently. It might be as I'm using a different computer. 

When I try to sell it says to call customer services, and given a telephone number and security code.

When I call the number it asks for a 7 digit one off password. However, the code provided is 10 digits long so it isn't accepted.

I was placed on hold to speak to a team member. I then received a message saying the office hours were closed (it is 1.30pm on a Thursday). It said it is 24/7 on the page which told me to call.,

What are the office hours please? I find this all very strange and confusing.
