Only had 1 sale last month, none in the previous 2 months. Doesn't seem worth paying for eBay Shop Basic at £30.00 a month when I am listing products but no real sales, not consistent enough to warrant paying out every month for a store.
I am thinking of going to another market place with a paid store at £30.00 a month that I can dropship products from Wholesalers' I deal with.
Does anyone know of a marketplace I can dropship products from that is better than eBay is at the moment?
I also have a website so I would like to sync products I am selling on my Website and Facebook account.
Paying 30.00 a month for eBay Store no sales to cover outgoings. Help!!
you don't HAVE to have a shop, it is optional
you don't have enough listings to warrant subscribing to a shop
go to:-
my ebay >>> subscriptions >>> unsubscribe
Look around you at all the stores that are closing and the adverts to support our High Street stores.
I think eBay shops will continue to struggle unless the items they sell are at rock bottom price and are fairly exclusive..
Forgot to add that pricing is also one big problem.. Just one of your items priced at over £12 can be purchased from other eBay sellers for around £4 and online through a Web search at £6.
It's a huge competitive market and I think you have got the right ideas but I honestly don't think you will increase sales with the current state of the market.
My suggestion would be to drop free postage as everyone knows postage is never free, and make your selling prices as low as possible.
