Negative feedback

I recently received negative feedback from buyer and don't know what to do about it . 

 

Feedback : '' Item hasn’t turned up. No real help from the seller and fake tracking number '' 

 

This buyer have very low feedback score (about 52%) so I wasn't suprised either.

 

Before receiving it,  i communicated with buyer and tried to explain that due to difficult time with Covid 19 Royal Mail can delay delivery of the parcel and i asked politely to wait little bit longer.

Item was a low value so was sent  without tracking . We printed label on eBay so  automaticly  QR code was put in tracking information box as usually. We try to explain this to buyer however seems they didn't understood and put in the negative  ''and fake tracking''

 

After negative I try to solve problem once again , offered refund if parcel won't show up till end of the week 

or if they wish to have the item we can sent another this time with tracking.

No response from buyer.

 

Please, can I have some advise what to do about it or if I can actually do anything to remove it ?

Don't think you can get the neg removed. 

 

How long from date of sale to you refunding £3.79 are we talking about.
