Items not being collected

Can anyone advise on how to deal with time wasters that buy items and then don't pick them up.  I have given a customer repeated chances to come and get them over the last week or so and each time they have mDe arrangements then let me down and finallly today they said they were coming at 2pm they didnt come so 2.30 I messaged they said would be there soon at 3pm i mesgd and said I had to go out they said afew safe minutes away  It got to 4pm I messaged them said they were now 2 hours late  I told them I was cancelling the order.  Am I being unreasonable.  No option on Ebay cancellation process for seller to cancel due to the buyer being awkward and rude its all geared towards buyers not sellers who pay postage nothing for transactions for sellers with big/heavy/fragile  items that need to be collected.  No option for cancelling due to customer being a time waster !! They were getting a whole box of toy cars for 99p for goodness sake.  So peed off.

You should not cancel the transaction without the buyers agreement

Ask them if they wish to cancel and then you can cancel buyer and I agree to cancel

Have they paid?.

It is not a good idea to sell items so cheaply as there is no incentive to pick up.

For 99p by the time you have paid the fees you will end up with nothing
