A buyer claimed after receiving the item that i did not put the dimensions in the description. So he was returning it on this ground.
Am I in the wrong here even though the pictures were accurate or should the seller have pointed this out before purchasing the item
As a Business seller you will have to accept the return if the buyer opens a return case within the usual timeframe from receiving the item. The only question is whether the buyer or the seller pays for postage. If it is just a change of mind by the buyer then they will need to pay for the return postage. If they claim 'Item not as described' it would be the sellers responsibility to pay for the return postage.
For omitting to put the dimensions of the item in the description, being the reason from the buyer to claim the item was not as described would seem incorrect to me as the dimensions were not described in the listing so how could they be not as described.
