Is this a scam?

I tried searching online to see if this might be a scam as I am hesitant to reply with an agreed price. Here is the content of the email to me.

You can't imagine how happy I will be if you can save the cellphone for myself . As I am in currently in detetention after facing extradition requests for under racist global surveillance disclosures and Espionage acts.

I have risked everything during my last years to expose the medical and corrupt systems in the medical industrial complex including and not limited to XMRV virud blood contamination as well as use of interferon 1 beta for therapy of infected persons. Not to mention, BioNtech's and Pfizers mRna vaccine and various issues related to the unregulated industry of the vitamin and supplement .

Tell me a figure we can both agree on ,as this will put a halt to my censoring of data by unconstitutional means and continue my life mission to speak the truth....I realise that the price is a lot less than other Jollaphones and Sailfish Is phone but I am sure this will go smooth...:)

The user is proclaimed to be a doctor from Kuwait and has been an ebay member since 2009 with 17 feedbacks. I just found it odd to mention what s/he mentioned to me and yeah just red flags when i am reading this email.

Looks like a scam to me.

If they ask you to send paypal invoice, don't do it, they will send fake payment email,

always log in direct to paypal to check payment & address.

Add their ID to blocked bidder list.

in detetention - yet access to the internet, eBay account, PayPal account - some detention.

an educated guess is that its a scam.

Don't you think this complicated message sounds a bit practised? Who would bother to write all this just to buy a £100 mobile phone?

Scams and mobile phones go hand in hand on eBay.

definately a scam, just ignore messages like this and report to ebay.

please do not entertain or engage in any  conversation with someone like this.

if you reply they will try to suck you in anyway they can and prey on info  or any  thoughts you may send in a reply.

dont reply and ignore it,  keep yourself safe

I'm surprised you're even asking. But as you are, I would advise you to do an urgent web search for 'staying safe online'.
