I have received the following message from ebay through email and message;
We regularly review accounts to keep eBay a safe and fair marketplace for our members. As part of our security checks, we sometimes require a seller to contact us so that we can verify their information.
To verify your account, please contact us by clicking on the link below (you may be asked to sign in):
But the link just takes me to a customer service page where I can increase my limit and when I click increase limit it states I am not eligible.
I tried searching everywhere even contacted ebay chat and they advised that PayPal issue, I've checked my Paypal account, and it's set up correctly.
Please help this is doing my head in!!
Looks like you need to verify that you are the account holder, by answering some security questions correctly, so you do need to contact eBay Customer Services.
To contact eBay Customer Services, type Advanced Search in to Help & Contact bar top of your eBay page. Scroll down to the bottom of that page, you will see Contact Us, and the option to use Live Chat, and sometimes, there is a Call Back system.
Both options will give you an approximate time you need to wait for a response from their team.
