I have made a partial refund (for excessive postage) do I get a proportional refund of my Ebay fees?

Ebay calculated their fees according to the original order.

As Ebay is bad at calculating postage on large orders (we cap postage costs once the courier charge is reached) I have made a partial refund for the excessive postage.

Does Ebay make a proportional refund of their final valuation fee for this refund?

If so where can I see this fee refund?

Is anyone else finding Ebay managed payments a nightmare?
