How to process in eBay portal multiple refunds

I am Business Analyst working at the project how to automatically process multiple refunds at the same time for listed customers.
Currently our staff, must go to the eBay portal and process refund one by one.
Is there any way to process multiple refunds at once, linked with Magento1 (which we use for online order processing ?
OR how to use your  portal in the easier way to process, approve multiple refunds at once?

We use Magento1 as ordering system.
