How do a request feedback from buyers

I always leave feedback for buyers but I have so many items that I have sold and the buyer has not left feedback for me. How do I request this or is it not possible?

Buyers who were happy with their purchase can turn hostile when asked to leave feedback!

Remember that eBay also sends them reminders, so a request from the seller can be the last straw.

We have seen cases where buyers have made their point by leaving feedback - bad feedback!

To be honest it's best not to chase buyers for feedback, as it may make buyers feel as though they're being harassed.  If you start chasing buyers for feedback then you may well end up with the kind of feedback that you'd rather not have received!  Feedback is voluntary, not compulsory, so there is no way to force buyers to leave feedback for items that they have purchased from you.
