I have always set each postage rate when I list something but this has been a problem recently as RM have changed their prices so often.
Howe do I change to the ebay 'Postage Policy' so that I can choose from a list of preset rates in a list?

I looked into this recently and came to the conclusion that it is far simpler and accurate doing it myself. Letting ebay suggest prices would be a disaster. The preset rates are ones YOU have used in the past, not much use for in the future.
Ebay were coming up with rates I have used in the past which were years out of date, and if they had got onto my listings I would have found that I was not even covering postage costs.
