My unsold items keep being re-listed despite the fact I don't want them to be. How can I cancel the listings? and what am I doing wrong when listing?

You need to turn of auto-relist to stop this from happening.
To end a listing, or to manage it, use the dropdown menu beside it on your Listings page.
