I heard Hermes are discontinuing Small and Medium parcel services. Has anyone any details or alternatives if it is the case?

Of course they're not. Whenever you hear this type of thing, never post on a public forum as if it was true and cause mass panic. The sensible thing to have done was go to Hermes website, and contact them if necessary.

Sounds like fake news. Those sizes make up the bulk of their business so discontinuing them would be commercial suicide.

the place to look is their web site....

if they discontinue small and medium parcels there won't be much left for them to deliver!

as for alternatives...plenty more fish in the sea!!
