I have sent an order to my buyer via Hermes.
Hermes tracking says that they have got it and it should have been with her by the 9th!
I have written to Hermes but they have not contacted me back. I'm really new to selling with eBay so what will happen? Will I have to refund this order? That doesn't seem fair when I have packaged and sent it off.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If your buyer opens a claim for item not received and you cannot prove delivery by online tracking you would be forced to refund.
Don't give up hope though as many couriers are behind with their updating of tracking.
