All you need is proof of delivery to that address, to be protected against claims of not received. If they then send on, it is the buyer who has problem as they are very likely to be out of time to open an ebay return and in any case they would have to pay expensive tracked postage to return to the UK.

Possibly, but they won't see your post. People only come to the forums when they have a problem.

Why do you ask...?  As long as you ship to the address on the PayPal payment confirmation email, you're covered.

As long as you send tracked to buyers paypal address, which i assume this is, you are covered.

Some overseas buyers use this arrnagement.
