I had 5 requests fior items not received, all were posted on the same day.
I refunded the buyers. Upon checking up on these I have found that items have subsequently been delivered, all over 8 days late.
What is the best way to get my money back?

Send them all a PayPal Invoice. Log in and find Send/Request. Hopefully they will all pay up.
As ruby says, send each one a PayPal invoice from your PayPal account. Make sure you give them a set timeframe in which to pay. Most buyers are honest, but if you get one who doesn't pay up within that timeframe, you can always use the legal route ('before action' letter by Signed For post, followed by Small Claims court if necessary).
