Final value fee after refused delivery

buyer refuse delivery does want item. ebay refund buyer. I appeal decision. eBay refund me item cost. eBay charge me final value fee on monthly statement, i guess because they got involved. But doesn't seem right as i didn't sell anything.

The final value credit does take some time to process and appear on invoices,  it very well might appear as a credit,   on next month's invoice.

As I assume that you got the item back, if ebay gave you a refund, then you have still had the money AND can sell again, so you have done rather well out of this. I hope you have added this "buyer" to your Blocked Bidders List.

Have you checked your ACCOUNT, (next to MESSAGES) to look at items not yet invoiced and REFUNDS. You don't have to wait for your next invoice to see if you have been credited with the Final Value Fee.
