Ebay not allowing me a private seller to list an item without returns

Hello, I've has this problem for a few days where anytime I try and list an iterm I get this error:

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

• Return options - A returns option is missing or not valid. Update your returns options.

I'm trying to post video game merchandise, but this happens in any category. Ebay support has been unhelpful and jsut said I seem to be trying to post prohibited item types. I'm trying to post a retro shirt. Until 2 days ago, I could post without returns. Why is this happening now?

You are Registered in Slovakia with an Ebay.com Account. Log out of Ebay UK and back into Ebay.com. Ask on their Community Boards.

Ebay not allowing me a private seller

You are not a private seller. You're selling multiple quantities of new video gaming mechandise. 

This is a business activity, and (in the UK, at least) requires registration as a business seller. This in turn requires you to accept returns.

As has been said, you need to refer to eBay's requirements in your own country of registration. Didn't it occur to you to mention that you're in Slovakia?
