Do I need to include the hermes packing note

Using Hermes to send a parcel worth exactly £50 insured it for up to that much, it's over 2kg in weight.
The thing gave me a packing note with the address tag is it crucial to add that even though I'm not a business seller so don't accept returns on my old stuff that I'm just trying to get rid of?? (We already sealed up the box before we printed the label, new at this, so learning.)

You can refuse "change of mind" returns but all sellers have to accept returns if item is not as described or damaged in transit.   It is best to include the packing slip (just slit the parcel tape over the bottom opening with a knife and slide it in), although you can also write your return address on the back of the parcel.

I'm always forgetting to include the packing slip.  It doesn't matter.

As advised though, you do accept returns whenever the buyer claims not as decsribed.
