Deleting scheduled listing

I recently, like many others,  had a problem where there was not a box to click in order to delete a scheduled listing.   Ebay rang me back and very efficiently reset my summary page so that I could do this.  Today the same problem has recurred.    This time when I selected to have a call back from eBay there is no response with an estimated call back time.  Any ideas about how to reset the summary page myself?

Although it's a bit of a nuisance not having the means to delete a scheduled listing, there is a workaround solution to the problem.  If you no longer wish to offer the scheduled listing for sale revise the listing, choosing the option to list the item for sale immediately.  Once the item has been listed go to the Revise options again and end the listing, citing "Item No Longer Available For Sale" as the reason why.  That way you should be able to remove the listing for good.
