I have a pick up arranged through PackLink and scheduled for tomorrow but cannot see where this is confirmed? (UPS / Hermes I believe)
If you go to the your seller hub and look at manage all orders page, find your sold item and click on tracking this should give you the service you chose UPS Hermes etc. you can use this tracking number to find time for collection chosen though carriers site.
