Charge for postage again

Hi, I need to send a repeat postage charge to a buyer who completed their address details wrongly. How can I do this? Now that the payment details are all managed within Ebay, I do not have an email address to send a Paypal invoice. Do I just ask the buyer for their email address and send it through Paypal? Anyone have any experience of this since the new managed payments started?

If you send to a different address you will lose your Seller Protection. Come back with full details of what actually happened with the Sale. Is the Buyer outside the UK?

I have already discussed all the details with Ebay and they have told me the buyer is responsible for paying the postage again. I am just asking how to do this.
