If you end a listing when it has bids on it then eBay will charge you 10% of the amount of the highest bid at the time that you ended the auction. However, if eBay find out that you've ended the listing to do an off-eBay sale then you will be penalised for doing so, as it is against eBay policy to advertise items for sale on eBay if you've already got them advertised for sale elsewhere.
