Cannot complete Draft listings

I have for the past week+ had difficulties in completing draft listings.

Both on desktop and through the app, when trying to open the listing I receive an error message. Often along thelines of 'Please try again later' or 'Server error'

I was able to get on Live Chat, and the CS advisor said it was a tech glitch their end & it would be escalated to their Support to investigate and resolve. However nothing further has come from it, and I have had no further communication or updates on this.

I wondered if anyone else had experienced the same issue and found a solution?

I have also tried 'sell similar' 'copy draft' all to no avail.

Hoping there may be a fix for this, as I fear the only way to list is to redo the weeks of effort taken to create the original listings.

What browser are you using? If IE, it's no longer compatible with Ebay (or any other website) as Microsoft have phased it out. I use Firefox with no problems, others seem happy with Chrome or Edge.

 

If it's not a browser issue, try the usual stuff: Log out, clear your History etc., reboot your device and log back in.

 

Or, if you're using the (useless) app, ditch it and use desktop instead.
