Cancelling a transaction

I f an item is advertised as not working sold for spares or repairs , can the buyer cancel the transaction stating the reason for  cancelling is because "  It is not working"

If they haven't paid it will be cheaper for you to cancel at buyers request, then there will be a refund of ebay fee and no Paypal Fees to pay.

 

If they have paid, if they open a Not A Described Case then I am afraid, although it sounds stupid they would win and you would still have to refund and lose out on the Paypal Fees already deducted and if you did not do it then you would not get the selling fee refunded, and ebay would refund at your expense. If they have already received it you will also have to pay for a return label.

 

Add buyer to your Blocked bidders List, you can do without buyers who can't read.
