Cancellation pending

Can I re-list an item that is under 'cancellation pending'. The buyer made a mistake in purchasing and I  agreed to the cancellation but it appears that I have to wait for 10 days as he now seems to want to mess me about! Is there anyway that I can ask the 2nd bidder if they're still interested before the 10 days is up?

No. You'll have to wait for the cancellation to complete, or you risk getting two buyers for the same item if your current buyer changes his mind.

If you haven't already done so, add your timewaster's Ebay ID to your Blocked Bidders List so he can't darken your doorway again.
