Can't send a message from mobile phone.

I Can't send a message to buyer from mobile phone - an error occured. When i sent it from PC it works. Why??

Yep!  That app is hopeless,  and absolutely useless for running an eBay account fully and successfully.

It has many failings!  A laptop / PC / browser is needed for most instances.

Instead of using the eBay app delete it from your phone. 

Then using the browser on your phone search for eBay UK and log in. 

You will find you have full useage of eBay including messages.
