Hi guys never sold anything on eBay before. And not sure I ever will. I sold my sons graphic card and within days the buyer had said he never Received it. I provided tracking number which never worked when contact RM they said it was there Error on the system but told me it had be delivered to the buyer. Then in the mean time the buyer ask for refund which eBay grants. I was then told to get proof off RM of this delivery which I now have a very detailed email from a manger after putting in a complaint. So I’ve appealed eBay Decision and uploaded my proof of delivery and they still decided in favour with the buyer I’m now out of pocket £385. Is there anything I can do as the buyer had the delivery I’ve done everything eBay have told me to do and now they haven’t helped and we out of pocket ?
Much sympathy but apart from getting some Consumer Advice, look on line. There is nothing more you can do through Ebay. We all have to accept that Selling on here isn't Risk Free. You shouldn't list anything that you can't afford to lose.
