A potential buyer has asked if I ship to Italy and what the postage will be.

I think I remember something about the seller sends to ebay and they post to Italy.  Am I right and how does this work.

You have to subscribe to GSP before listing items, can't do it after.

You could send direct, but Italy has bad reputation for postal system & a lot of sellers won't send to there.

If unsure, best to politely decline.
