£1 seller fees promotion.

I sold a watch user the promition above but was charged full fees....any ideas what I did wrong?

You say the listing was listed under the promotion, BUT did you accept the offer? Listings only qualify if listed after accceptance.

The watch was listed on the 2nd May, I doubt there was an offer then and if automatically relisted that does not count,you have to end and relist manually.

It was definately on the promotion, I think because it autmatically relisted it was out of the initial period>?
