Multibuy Discount Glitch

I mostly sell Magic the Gathering cards 

When ebay decided that they were going to mess around with the set up and required all persons to reselect certain data I added multibuy discounts to every listing

With the change on seller fees that came into effect on 1st October I decided that the multiple items taht have seldom moved needed to be promoted 

When I started looking at the listings I found that a lot of the discounts for multiple items needed to be reset as they had all disappeared

Has anyone else seen this, is it a new ebay policy or a site glitch

I think the new HMRC rules that came into effect at the beginning of the year may be of more interest ?.

All you have managed to do is clog up the site with 14,000 individual listings. Why are these not on a variation listing?
