With respect, your listings do not look like a private seller selling off his/her collection.
You could completely avoid all the hassle with Simple Delivery, by registering properly as a business seller. This will also result in you complying with consumer law, as well as eBay's own terms and conditions.

The item Has to be in an allowed category
The “simple delivery will be required for large letters” message has been removed for a while now
and LL custom option appears (1.55 2nd class)
as well as normal letter 1st/2nd

ps
when listing today I’ve noticed I don’t get custom postage when using the eBay browser version but listing on the app on iPad works ok
both used to work ok for me so somethings not right somewhere

It's now mid July and there is still no option for a regular letter under 100g. The smallest postage available is large letter. This whole 'simple delivery' is just one massive faff.

If your item qualifies for custom delivery the option is there BUT the smallest “ package size” shows as large letter
can be confusing
but the postage options give you a letter size rate
simple delivery doesn’t do letters as they’re untracked
you need to use custom delivery for them (only certain categories are allowed)
eg draft for a postcard , lowest option size is LL but recommended postage is letter

Thank you. It wasn't showing for me earlier but it is now.
