changing bank card

i am trying to take out my money from my account and have to change my bank card from yorkshire bank to virgin bank but when i have to pick my bank there is on option for virgin bank. i enter my details in by hand and get to the confirm bank details page and then have to reenter my card details and then it keeps taking me back to confirm bank details. so which bank should i put as i can't use virgin bank

I believe there was a period of time that Virgin Bank was not supported by eBay.

Contact eBay Customer Services their lines open at 8 a.m. today,  if you contact CS then,  there's more chance of Dublin answering.  Ask if Virgin Bank Business or Private is allowed to be registered for an eBay account.  Ask how long it takes for it to be processed,  too.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
