Unable To List - Tech Problem

I spent an hour trying to list an item for sale - it kept displaying "Unknown Error" messages. I logged out and back in - cleared my cache - same problem. 

I connected with an Ebay agent. They confirmed there is a technical error preventing some sellers from listing items for sale. 

Ebay advise trying to list via a computer on the website rather than through an app on your phone. 

It's been six hours, problem still exists.

I was checking for you there, and you are not registered as a seller at the moment. Could you please confirm when exactly do you get the error of "Unknown error" and upload a screenshot of it, so we can take a further look for you?
