I ordered 8 packs £23.26 and THREE weeks later I received two packs and with a lot of agravation from the seller.
I eventually received a partial refund of £17.98
I don't need this standard of service TOTAL RUBBISH!!

Avoid this seller, there are many more on eBay selling the same stuff

If it's the one you've left negative feedback for that seller does seem to have more than a few unhappy buyers. After checking their feedback profile I probably would've looked for another seller. 

 

Luckily, eBay's Money Back Guarantee means that it's impossible for buyers to lose out.

Never has Checking a feedback profile first before buying,  been more beneficial than here,  to decide 'to  Buy or Not to Buy' !  🤔

 

Not too hard a decision me thinks !

I am sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order in full, but please note that you'd be protected in this kind of cases.

 

Please make sure to open an item not as described return under the reason "missing parts", while I know opening an item not received case might looks like the best option here, if the seller used one tracking number for all 8 items, the as soon as they provide the tracking number in question, your case would be closed in the seller's favor, so opening a not as described return is the best way to get your money back.
