Quantity Issues

Hoping for help with this issue. I've received a message from a potential buyer saying they can't buy more than 2 items of the same product as its states they are not available when they go to check out. The quantity available is correct in my listing and a lot more than 2. Any Ideas?

I cant either. Interesting issue. Maybe its cuz private sellers cant sell multiples anymore? dunno if thats a thing

Pretty sure that is a thing now and tbh I agree with it to some extent cuz ur obv running a business. I dont agree with almost every other thing theyre doing to private sellers tho.

You are running a business from a private account, i'm guessing eBay are making an effort in clamping down on illegal sellers, although i'm guessing they are not clever enough to stop you making a single listing for 5 of them.
