Hello,
I am new on eBay and encountered a problem with my first transaction. I have sold an item to Germany , shipped from Sweden with tracking number. Buyer confirmed 5 days ago that the item arrived through ebay messaging and posted a positive feedack , and confirmed delivery through eBay message to me BUT the tracking is not updated by the shipping company.
eBay support explaind to me that ebay is holding the funds until the tracking says that the package is delivered despite the buyer confirmation!!!!!
I contacted the shipping company in Sweden , they say tracking information can be missing sometimes . I need to open a dispute to the shipping company to give med information about delivery proof from Germany , this witll take up to 90 days, and they say that they can not update the online tracking.
How can eBay dell with such a situation?
