No selling fees! Hurrah!

I'm simultaneously pleased about this, but frustrated that it happened the very day after I sold my old laptop with close to £50 of fees.

I'm just awaiting the communal meltdown of all the business sellers on this forum.

No meltdown, it will attract more buyers to ebay - new sellers means new buyers but what it will do will dilute personal sellers on ebay - more listings for similar objects will drive prices down.

As for businesses unless ebay get to grips with businesses using personal accounts more and more will join the personal sellers ranks further pushing genuine personal sellers to the bottom of the pile.

Hopefully ebay will address all of the problems for members to reap any benefits

I think it is a great idea for genuine private sellers, just not those who are obvious business sellers listing on private accounts.

Business sellers are fed up having to compete and I do agree with the above post more business sellers will start to list on personal accounts.
