MC011 over 2 delayed orders, both tracked, now asking for tracking for every order since 2021

Sold a few 100 items since March 2021 ish, not a business, they are my collection as well as household stuff, a guitar that i no no longer needed etc. Maybe £2000 in total. In the run up to xmas I listed more for a very cheap price to make some room, they sold quick. 2 orders were delayed. I uploaded tracking for all of them. 1 has now arrived, 1 case outstanding but i've been contacting the buyer etc & they're happy to wait and see. The outstanding case total is like £18 inc postage. Been told payments are now restricted & I've to upload tracking for everything since 2021. Most of it wasn't tracked as much of it is letterbox sized parcels. I have 1 negative from royal mail damaging a box. I also sold my printer & due to the above I have over £5000 locked in the account....but the printer is going to cost £1500 to deliver as it's a 560lb machine & a specialist removal job so this is causing anxiety with that because what if they just end up robbing my machine from me & I end up paying the delivery. I've not done anything wrong & don't intend to but ebay aren't replying properly they just repeat things & they are asking the impossible.

It's because you sold the high price item after only selling warhammer figures for ages and because you have listed and sold so many items.

You took a massive risk selling that printer, if you haven't already posted it just cancel the sale and refund the buyer. 

Unless you do what eBay says, they WILL hold your money

There is no way round it, other than refunding the buyer of the printer to release the money back to them 

Tracking from 2021 is a bit ridiculous as they won't be able to verify it now anyway!

I've had it listed for ages though. I'll cancel & refund & the buyer still wants to purchase so it's not as much of an issue.

Ebay will still be holding about £100 for orders that have tracking & can i even sell nowadays when it's impossible to give tracking for past 3 years anyway?

May as well close the account down really. Ebay are dumb.

He won’t be able to find it. I’m doing my Hmrc (they lost my business stats for 2023). I’ve gone back to 2023.

Refunded the buyer & cancelled the order...now ebay are still holding funds even though they have tracking for the delayed item worth less than £20.
