Funds Faster Notification

I received a notification on 20th May saying: “Congrats! You’re getting funds faster. Funds from your sales will now typically appear in your eBay balance within 24 hours after the buyer pays.”

Since receiving this notification, I sold an item on 21st May and another item today, 24th May, but the payments are still being held and have not appeared in my available balance within 24 hours.

I met all the faster payments criteria for the blue banner to come up 

I have also read that in some cases it may take up to 15 days after meeting the criteria for faster payments to fully apply. Could someone please confirm if that is the case for my account, or if this is a bug/error since I already received the faster payments notification? Please could you review my account and let me know exactly why my funds are still being held, and when I can expect them to be released.
