Free to sell clothes? Been charged!

I have been charged selling/final value fees on clothing

private seller, used clothing. Listed under 

clothes, shoes, accessories > speciality> world &  traditional clothing > southwest asia/middle east

i thought it was free

Which item was it?

Are you aware that a private seller is one that sells their old unwanted personal items?

You look like you need a  business seller account, and then you would have to pay selling fees.

I am a private seller, just have lots of clothes to sell

I wonder if the 'speciality' sub category is excluded from the offer?

Contact eBay and ask them.  I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below, you can select to talk with them via live chat or request a call back:

If you have a moment it would be great if you could pop back and let us know the reason for the exclusion.

Rang eBay, there is a glitch, they have refunded me the fees. 

Speciality is not excluded and not mentioned in terms and conditions

Thanks for that. I have some clothes I was going to put under speciality and wasn't sure if it was included. 
I too have a lot of clothes!

Now I don't need to know that because eBay have made most listings free for private sellers!!
