Did you receive personally an email offering YOU the 70% offer? If so, did you go into your emails, and on the offer email click into it to take up the offer? If the answer to either of these is 'no', then yes, you'll probably have to re-list. Then again... when I last received one of these offers it ran for just a few days - over the weekend to the following Monday I seem to remember - so even if you did receive the email and decided to de-list everything to take it up, I probably wouldn't bother as the offer take-up period has likely ended.
