Buyer has left positive feedback but the comments are critical of the packaging. Only thing is they meant to leave it for another seller, not me. (In messaging they said they were very happy with my item). They've asked me to submit a feedback revision request but I can't find that option and I think it's because it was a positive.
I've asked them to do a follow up comment instead but they are insisted that I initiate a request.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Sellers have a total of 5 Feedback Requests per year, so I would think twice about spending one here as it's not necessary. This type of Feedback - positive with a negative comment - is called a 'False Positive' and it is against eBay policy. Request a Callback after 8am tomorrow and ask eBay to remove it for this reason.

I wouldn't worry about it as it's a positive. You could leave a reply saying 'I am pleased that you are happy with the item I sent to you although the photograph of the packaging is not the one I sent'.

Hi noadsy, thanks for your post.
You could leave it there since it is a positive one, but if you confirm the item number, I can send it for review to see if it can be removed, or maybe just remove the comments if we can confirm the buyer was happy with the transaction, but completely up to you.
Thank you,
Marco
