Thanks for the reply, I did send an email, she has replied, so that worked, problem is, she has sent her contact info, I hope she doesn't get bumped for doing that.
The situation regarding the APP is bizarre, I sell a fairly niche product, so my customers are usually pretty determined to make contact, but I wonder how much this will effect other sellers.
I for one have no intention of buying a new phone just because I can't download the app.
