Hello,
I know this has been discussed many times but i am at my wits end and i feel angry. I have recently sold some items on Ebay, No issues, funds processed. I then used 2/3 of those funds to purchase something else..... Again no issue. I then went to withdraw the remaining funds but for some reason the option to withdraw is greyed out, i have tried using a different browser, clearing caches and cookies, logging in and out on both PC and Mobile App. I updated my ''withdrawal'' bank account with an Ebay representative, waited 48hrs for the red banner to go while checks are done, and still nothing. I have had no emails stating if `they require any information or anything.
I am expecting more sales in the near future and i have no doubt the problem is going to persist, And if it does i will be unable to purchase items that i want due to this change in payouts. Its like my funds are being held hostage by Ebay. Customer service has been good but there is only so much i am willing to wait to get my own money.

Thanks for letting me know. My 'Withdraw' button is still grayed out. I guess my issue is different after all. Cheers and enjoy cashing in 🙂

Mine still is not working either unfortunately, And its really starting to p**s me off as there is items i wish to buy, on Ebay of all things.

FINALLY!!!! After god knows how many calls to Ebay i have finally been able to withdraw my funds, Hopefully they are working on other peoples issues and this does not rise again, Ebay is making it harder for me to justify selling on this site as it is, i do not want or need any more excuses to up and leave.

Same issue here - changed account for withdrawal of funds, waited 48 hours. Red warning banner disappeared but withdraw button remains greyed out.
Massively frustrating and eBay CS is worse than useless.

Im so pleased to hear you have finally got access to your funds. I would be interested to know if any futher issues arise with new sales. If you could come back and report how soon you got paid for new sales that woud be great. For now tho Im so glad it appears to have been resolved.

This is happening to me too. Item was received by buyer 8 days ago (sent tracked). Could not see funds on my account but this is now sorted, yet I am not able to withdraw funds as they are "greyed out". It is frustrating as I cannot find a customer service number to speak to. Any ideas?

If you have recently/just added your bank account you need to wait 5-7 days. eBay does it's direct debit and credit checks painfully slowly.

Hi thanks for your reply. No not just added my bank account. I have been with ebay for about 15 years now. I can only think now that its because the buyer has not left feedback. Could that be the reason?

If you have been selling on eBay for 15 years then I'm not too sure. Also, it appears there was a bit of a hiccup with the order that has now been resolved? However, I have read the buyer may need to ensure he/she closes the dispute in the eBay account/system. All the best

Hi no there was no hiccup and no case, so not sure where you got that from? I got through to customer services and they tried to sort the problem from their end. It was a technical fault which they had no idea how to resolve. They suggested to log on with a new browser. Several attempts later and it finally worked.
On a different note my ebay selling page has now gone back to the old view.
