Amazon MCF fulfilment for eBay Account

Does anyone sell on eBay and fulfills from an Amazon FBA account using MCF. 

We are struggling to sort returns out as customers use eBay returns which are sent directly to us and cannot find a way of setting the returns to go back to Amazon?

Also doens anyone use software to intergrate these accounts.

To clarify, your products are stored at an Amazon fulfilment centre to be sent out by them?

If so, they take care of returns too.

Not though if its to process an order on ebay through MCF.

This would be based on the return address defined within their ebay account.

In the address section of your eBay account there's one for Returns, change that, it will automatically be defaulted to your registered eBay address:

thanks but change this to what address as i cannot locate a returns address from Amazon and they woudl require us to send them a returns slip

It is difficult to set up and pretty much impossible tbh because there is no free shipping back to the fulfilment centre all you get is an address for the buyer to attach and a RMA packing slip to include with the return.

There is also no automation, you have to manual process the return on MCF.

You would need a prepaid label with the fulfilment return address and you also need to request the buyer to add the above which most buyers will not even entertain in doing as most these days do not even own a printer and just use the QR code eBay supplies for the label at the post office.

In regard to the address you will not know what it is until a return has been opened as returns can be sent to different fulfilment centres depending on the item.
