Unable to attache images to messages ?

It has long been useful to upload an image of a buyers delivery label to a message when receiving an enquiry regarding delayed deliveries . However for the last couple of days this option as gone from my messages . Has this happened to anyone else ?

I contacted a buyer to say there was a problem with the item I sold, does ebay let them know?

Just that really. I have been waiting on a reply from the buyer to see if they want me to go ahead with the sale or they can cancel and have a refund. I have not printed the label out yet. Does ebay contact them to say they have a message?
